Atonement Christian Preschool provides a developmentally appropriate early childhood education in a loving and nurturing environment. We promote the spiritual, social-emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child to help them be successful in all aspects of their future. Our preschool, founded in 1976, is sponsored by Atonement Lutheran Church.

PreK available for ages 3-5

St. Alban’s Christian Learning Center is a preschool for children ages 3–5, dedicated to nurturing the whole child in a safe, engaging, and faith-based environment. Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, we offer bright classrooms, a fenced playground, experienced teachers, weekly exercise programs, and a 1:10 ratio to provide a strong foundation for early learning and development.

At our Pre-K through eighth grade Catholic school, students are part of a close-knit community where faith, family, and learning come together. Our caring teachers provide the individualized attention that every child deserves, and they support and encourage all students to grow in knowledge and confidence.

Managed by United Way of Berks County, Ready.Set.READ! (RSR) prepares kids for school and boosts third grade reading skills. This initiative is a tremendous community commitment focused on a common goal…providing our children an opportunity to succeed through reading.

Since its creation in 2012, thousands of children across Berks County have benefited from Ready.Set.READ! programs. These are just some of the ways RSR is making an impact:

• Preschool teachers are becoming stronger educators
• Trained tutors are working with struggling readers to help them improve their vocabulary skills and increase their interest in reading
• Students and families are expanding their home libraries

West Lawn UMC Preschool provides your child's first school experience in a warm, caring enviorment with small class sizes! Our compassionate and skilled staff teach classes for children ages 2 years through Pre-Kindergarten. We provide strong skill and play based multisensory learning that focus on age appropriate standards and Kindergarten readiness skills. We offer Before Care (7:30- 9:00), Lunch Pals (11:30-12:30) and Extended Day (11:30-3:00) for families looking to expand their child's learning day. Our regular classes meet from 9:00-11:30 daily.  We also offer our enrolled families opportunities for early registration for our Summer Camps and offer a variety of special event activities for our families including field trips.
